When relocating to another state, as in this case with my family, moving can be a very stressful experience. Let me first just say that Chris Ferguson is exceptionally knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions. I was delighted with Chris’s eagle eye. He took the time to look in every corner and crack, even to the very far sides of the crawlspace. He is extremely detailed in his examination and assessment of structural integrity, construction features, and essential operating functions. The inspection report is easy to understand and quite helpful in identifying issues in need of more immediate attention and remediation. Pictures tell a thousand words. The images that Chris presented with the inspection report said a different story from what was listed online about the home. His professionalism and expertise provided me with more than enough information I needed to feel more confident about my purchase decision while offering insights that allowed me to become better acquainted and more contented with the home buying process. I would highly recommend Chris Ferguson and Company to everyone.

Chris Ferguson is the best home inspector I have ever worked with, and this is my 4th home purchase. He's knowledgeable of codes, enforcement, and standards. He is honest and fair when it presenting issues to homeowners. A home inspection is something you definitely don't want to skimp on. If issues aren't identified prior to purchase, it may be you, the new homeowner that is out of pocket.

Chris was a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. From the start, he was easy to schedule, on-time for our appointment, and kept me posted throughout the inspection.
